When you register we will collect your mobile number, Your service provider, Country, City , Device ID and IP address.

Why we need this data?:

We will need your mobile number in order to build a user profile based on your mobile number.
We Will need your device ID to use it for licensing the subscription.
We will need your service provider name , Country , City to optimize the VPN connection and choose the best server to serve you.
Your IP address is logged by us so that we can prevent any spam, fraud or abuse of our and our services.


How we use this data:

we use this data to provide our services to you, prevention of fraud and abuse. From time to time we may send you SMS or WhatsAPP message regarding your purchase or subscription or service status.

We do not access personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS and call related data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data.

We do not collect or log any traffic or use of its Virtual Private Network ("VPN").

Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.

IZONE APP does not share, sell or rent your personal information with non-affiliated companies or other people apart from providing products or services you've requested for, when you give us permission, or under the following circumstances:

Refund Policy

Our support team will be happy to help you with any technical difficulties. Email us at support@izonetelecom.com . But if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you are entitled to a full refund if all of the following apply:

You notify us via email (support@izonetelecom.com) within the first 7 days of the purchase that you wish to cancel.

We will notify you by email once your refund is due. It can take up to 10 days after cancellation to receive your refund.
